2. Tell us why you are applying to be a Chellgren Student Fellow and if you have any previous experience with research either at UK or in high school.
3. Briefly describe your career goals.
4. Please describe a specific activity or experience that has been important in formulating, clarifying and strengthening your commitment to your long-term career plans and/or purpose.
